Review record. Reviewed by the operator on 2026-09-10. This document states the published
standards, in-app reporting path and point of contact required by Google Play's Child Safety
Standards policy. It is not a lawyer's review.
1. Zero tolerance
BurnTok prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) with zero tolerance. The following is removed without exception, the account is permanently suspended, and where the law requires it we report to the authorities:
- Images, video, text or generated output that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Depictions that sexualize a minor, and prompts intended to generate such content
- Attempts to sexually approach a minor (grooming) or to move a minor into private contact for
sexual purposes
- Trading, distributing or advertising CSAM, or pointing others to where such material can be found
These standards apply equally to content posted by people and to output generated by AI. Being AI-generated is not an exception.
2. Minimum age
Members under 14 years of age may not sign up. At sign-up, accepting the community rules includes a statement that the member is 14 or older; if we find an account belongs to someone under 14 we delete the account and its data. We do not use a separate age-verification API.
3. How to report inside the app
- Use the report action on a mini app, comment, profile or direct message. Users, content and shared
data are all reportable targets.
- Child-safety reports are handled ahead of other reports and reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Independently of reporting, you can block the other member; blocking hides that account's content
and messages.
- If you do not have the app installed or cannot sign in, you can still report to the child safety
contact address above.
4. Handling procedure
- The operator reviews each report personally.
- If it is CSAE, the content is immediately unpublished or deleted and the account is suspended.
- Where the law requires reporting, we notify the authorities (in Korea, the National Police Agency
and others) and preserve material to the extent required.
- We inform the reporter of the outcome. If it was a false positive, we restore the content.
5. Point of contact
- Child safety contact: Hwang Jimin (the operator)
- Email:
jimin1286@gmail.com - As a one-person service, the child safety contact and the privacy officer are the same person.
6. Applicable law and outside bodies

- National Police Agency cybercrime report system: 182 (ecrm.police.go.kr)
